OVERVIEW

Aligning Digital Presence with Innovation Ethos

The path to reinvention is rarely straightforward, and Point Innovation's journey to revamp its website was no exception. As a design and innovation consultancy, they recognized the need to overhaul their online platform to better showcase their services and connect more effectively with their dynamic clientele. Working closely with leaders, who held deep-rooted perspectives on the traditional branding, I spearheaded the development of a website and branding that epitomize their role in innovation while providing a valuable resource for clients and internal teams.

Challenge

The previous website did not fully communicate the services offered nor did it engage users effectively. Clients and potential partners found it challenging to navigate and extract valuable information. The site lacked the intuitive user interfaces that modern users expect, which hindered their ability to showcase projects and thought leadership in the field. It was crucial that the new design clarified their strategic value proposition, showcasing their capabilities while fostering an environment of innovation and clarity.

Solution

Point Innovation’s new digital presence successfully bridges the gap between their historical roots and forward-looking aspirations, offering a more authentic and strategically focused representation of their identity. This process included updating the brand, streamlining the site architecture to improve navigation and enhancing the content strategy to better articulate their value proposition. The new design emphasizes accessibility, engagement, and brand consistency across all pages.

This data shows the average position of sections on the homepages and about pages of 14 top competitors' websites. It accounts for frequency, accurately reflecting typical placement and indicating how these competitors prioritize important information.
SURVEY

A survey was conducted both internally and externally to determine which pages and features people are using on the website, identify essential information, and clarify the internal brand perception.

Key-words were categorized by how frequently they appeared in the brand exercise, reflecting the strength of their association with Point Innovation’s identity.
